Vital Nexus Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Vital Nexus Pty Ltd, trading as Oligenics, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you quickly and reliably. We take pride in carefully preparing and dispatching your order as soon as possible. While we aim to dispatch within 24–48 hours, this timeframe may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or in the event of unforeseen disruptions. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Australian Shipping
Standard Shipping: Free shipping is available on all orders over $100.
Express Shipping: A $15 flat rate is available for all orders.
Dispatch Times: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm). No dispatch occurs on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods such as sales and holiday seasons, dispatch times may be longer.
Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery usually arrives within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier performance and external factors beyond our control.
Tracking: You will receive tracking updates via email (and SMS if selected). You can also track and manage your order through the Australia Post App using the same email address you provided at checkout.
Delivery Options: Australia Post may use Safe Drop, leaving parcels in a secure location if you are not home. If this is not possible, parcels will be taken to your nearest Post Office or Parcel Locker. You can also collect from over 4,700 Australia Post collection points, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
2. International Shipping
Vital Nexus Pty Ltd ship to a limited range of international destinations. Currently, we only ship to New Zealand. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where law, customs, or sanctions restrict imports.
Rates & Timeframes: Shipping costs vary by destination and weight and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery to New Zealand typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Tracking is available through the courier’s website.
Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by local customs or authorities. These charges are separate from Vital Nexus Pty Ltd’s shipping fees and are not refundable by us. As determined by local authorities, we cannot predict or cover these costs.
3. Tracking Your Order
The easiest way to keep up with your delivery is through the Australia Post App. Log in using the email linked to your Vital Nexus Pty Ltd order, and your parcel will automatically appear for tracking. The app also allows you to update your delivery preferences once your parcel is in transit.
