These terms apply when you choose a "Subscribe & Save" option on oligenics.com. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Subscription options. Prices below include GST and are current at the date of these terms. Standard shipping within Australia is free. Subscriptions are for adults 18+.
- Single bottle (60 capsules): 10% off, $118.80 (was $132.00), delivered every month.
- 3-pack (3 bottles): 10% off, $320.76 (was $356.40), delivered every 3 months or every month.
- 6-pack (6 bottles): 9% off, $612.61 (was $673.20), delivered every 6 months, every 3 months or every month.
You choose the delivery schedule when you subscribe. One bottle is a 30-day supply for one person at the label dose, so monthly delivery of a 3-pack or 6-pack suits households with more than one user.
2. Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically on the schedule you chose, and your saved payment method is charged the full subscription price on each renewal date until you cancel. We'll email you before each renewal.
3. Skip or cancel any time. Log in to your account at oligenics.com to skip your next delivery or cancel. You can skip one delivery at a time; after a skip, the next delivery goes ahead before you can skip again. If you can't log in, email support@oligenics.com and we'll do it for you. There's no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. Changes made before your renewal date apply to that renewal.
4. Price changes. If the subscription price or these terms change, we'll email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before then.
5. Change of mind. Our 14-day change-of-mind guarantee applies to your first subscription order. After that, you can cancel future deliveries at any time.
6. Failed payments. If a payment fails, we'll email you and try again automatically. If it still can't be processed after our retry attempts, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment details and resume it from your account.
7. Discount codes. Promotional codes don't apply to subscriptions unless the offer says they do.
8. Oligenics' Circle and Founding Members. Subscribers earn points and move through tiers under Oligenics' Circle, as set out on the Oligenics' Circle page. Points are earned on subscription orders only and are lost 30 days after you cancel your subscription. Founding Members (the first 100 subscribers who use the code FOUNDING on a single-bottle subscription, one per customer) pay $112.20 for their first 12 monthly orders.
