How to take it
- Adults: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening, with or without food.
- On more demanding days, you can take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.
- Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.
How long a bottle lasts Each bottle holds 60 capsules: a 30-day supply at 2 capsules a day. A 3-pack covers 90 days and a 6-pack covers 180 days.
Making it a habit
- Take it at the same times each day, for example with breakfast and with dinner.
- Keep the bottle somewhere you'll see it, away from heat and light.
- Order your next bottle a week before you run out, or subscribe so it arrives each month.
Storing it Store below 25°C in a dry and dark place. Discard 6 months after opening. Do not use if the seal is broken.
